Diamond Circle Return Policy

At Diamond Circle, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 


1. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible items purchased online.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

  • Jewellery must be unworn and in original condition

  • All tags, certificates, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit does not expire.

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

For hygiene and customisation reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalised jewellery (including engraved items and bespoke orders)

  • Rings that have been resized or altered

  • Any item showing wear, damage, or missing components


2. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for items that are faulty, defective, or not as described.

For faulty items:

  • We may request clear photos/videos for assessment

  • Return shipping will be covered by Diamond Circle

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation


3. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at info@diamondcircle.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging.

  4. Ship the parcel using a trackable service (strongly recommended).

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Diamond Circle covers return shipping costs.


5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Change-of-mind returns receive store credit only.

  • Faulty items may be refunded back to the original payment method after assessment.

  • Refund processing may take 10–14 business days once approved.


6. Custom Orders & Bespoke Jewellery

All made-to-order, customised, engraved, or bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
